Operational Compliance
ScaleX Digital reserves the right to revoke exclusivity if the client fails to:
- Provide required communication or approvals
- Comply with advertising platform policies
- Maintain operational readiness for lead handling
- Follow agreed campaign processes or obligations
Existing Client Relationships
Exclusivity does not apply retroactively to clients or partnerships established before a new exclusivity agreement begins.
Existing client relationships may continue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Permanent Market Rights
Exclusivity does not create permanent ownership, territory rights, or long-term market reservation beyond the duration of the active agreement.
Right to Refuse or Revoke Exclusivity
ScaleX Digital may refuse, limit, modify, or revoke exclusivity at its sole discretion if business conditions, operational constraints, legal considerations, market conflicts, or client conduct require it.
